About Us

KS Models started trading in 1980 focussing mainly on British Outline railway modelling, soon becoming familiar faces at exhibitions and eventually moving into our current shop premises in Stevenage Old Town in 1994.

We do our best to cater for everybody in the hobby, from beginner to experienced; ready-to-run to the more specialised aspects of the hobby. Everyone is welcome. Many of our customers know and appreciate us as time-served members of the hobby, involved since childhood, happy to help and advise wherever we can. And sell you lots of goodies along the way.

We've developed into a business not only focussed on model railways, we also cover a large and varied selection of plastic kit brands, and keep a healthy stock of second-hand. Then of course there are all the tools and materials.
