Shipping Policy:
We endeavour to ensure that all shipping pricing information on our website is accurate and up-to-date, however, errors can occur, we therefore reserve the right to alter the shipping prices shown. We may also add or withdraw any shipping services from our website at any time. We are not obliged to honour any shipping fees at an incorrect price.
We will endeavour to despatch orders within two working days from receipt of payment of your order. We cannot offer specific delivery times or dates, nor can we be held responsible for, nor offer any compensation for, any delivery delays.
All items returned to KS Models due to us being given incorrect postal information will incur further shipping and administration charges if reshipping is required. Those reshipping fees are defined case-by-case and will require payment in full to KS Models before the items are despatched again.
Currently via our website we only ship within the UK however, if you require items to be shipped outside of the UK please contact us.
If you as the customer elect for additional shipping insurance, it must be specified and paid for at the time of order, please contact us to do so.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping service used, nor can we be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by the shipping company used. It is the customer’s responsibility to claim any lost items with the shipping company used.

Shipping Prices and Delivery Timescales:
We have a Standard Shipping Flat Rate currently at £5.49, which is indicated when you place your order.
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours (two working days) from receipt of payment of your order (only when all items ordered are in stock), however, this is not a guarantee and at busy times it can take longer.
Our standard shipping service is Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked. This is currently the only shipping service we offer within the UK.
Once Royal Mail has your parcel they aim to deliver in two to three working days.

Restricted Products:
There are restrictions on the carriage of some products within and outside of the UK.

Limitation of Liability:
In all cases, you agree that KS Models' maximum liability shall be limited to the sum of the total order payment made by yourself. It will not include the cost of return Postage & Packaging.
KS Models shall have no liability to reimburse payments for any additional services, i.e. Special Delivery or insurance premiums. Nor shall have any liability for, but not limited to, disappointment, time lost, or any consequential loss of any form whatsoever, nor loss arising from non-supply, damage, supply from other retailers, or faults arising from changes or modifications to products made by third parties without our knowledge and authorisation.
Split Deliveries:
Where the products you have ordered are not all available at the date of ordering, i.e. pre-order items, and individual items for your order arrive at different times we may use the initial authorisation to take payment for items ready for dispatch. We will contact you to arrange payment for the outstanding items once these have come into stock and are ready for dispatch to you.
