Pricing:
The prices for goods shown are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.
We endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on our website is accurate and up-to-date, however, errors can occur, we therefore reserve the right to alter prices shown and/or withdraw any products from our website at any time. We are not obliged to supply any products, or delivery fees at an incorrect price.
Where reasonably possible our policy is to maintain prices shown and on order confirmations, they are an 'invitation to treat' and subject to change, especially for new, pre-ordered, and back-ordered products, where information provided to us at the time of publication is also subject to change. If a previously-published price at the time of order cannot be adhered to you will be contacted to confirm that the new is acceptable. Where pricing is unavailable, our website may show a zero price so that customers can add items to their orders as an expression of interest.

If we are unable to process your payment for any reason (i.e. you have changed to an alternative card issuer) we will contact you to arrange payment to be completed using a suitable valid payment card.

KS Models staff do not have access to payment card details; they are not recorded, retained, or held on file.
If your payment is completed by telephone, ordinarily your payment card details are input directly into the payment system and therefore not stored by KS Models. If due to technical issues, on the very rare occasion when your payment card details are not input directly into the payment system, the details are not retained for longer than necessary, and any written details are destroyed by shredding.

Pre-orders:
A pre-order is a term used for placing an order for an item that has not yet been released or that is currently on backorder with the manufacturer.
Pre-order Payment:
When placing a pre-order on our website, we will ask you to input your payment information. You will not be charged for pre-orders until the items are in stock and ready to be processed. Once the item/s has arrived with us, the payment will be charged to your selected payment method.
Deposits:
In some cases, we may ask for a deposit for pre-orders. If a deposit is required, it will be taken at the time the order is placed. The balance will only be charged once the item/s arrives in stock.
PLEASE NOTE: Deposits are non-refundable or transferable.
Pre-order Prices:
Some items may not have a confirmed selling price. If this is the case then the price will show as TBA (To Be Advised), meaning the manufacturer or supplier has not yet released a price. Pre-orders can be placed for items with a TBA price. Once the price is confirmed we will notify you and at that point, you have the option to continue with, or cancel, the pre-order.
Pre-order Price Increases:
Occasionally the manufacturer or supplier will increase the selling price of the product before its arrival. Should this happen, we will contact you to confirm if you wish to accept the new price or cancel the pre-order.
Cancellation:
You can cancel a pre-order at any time up to the arrival of the product. This can be done by contacting us by one of the following methods:

You have the right to cancel at any time. If a deposit has been paid this is non-refundable and will not be refunded unless under certain circumstances at the company’s discretion.
